When Susan and Javier combined all o their stuff, they realized many of their furniture, cookware, dishes, flatware, etc were very similar in style.
This really helped in getting rid of certain things and keeping the better items.
Unlike most young couples, they actually have stuff. If you recall your college days, or early 20′s, then you’ll remember you only had a mattress, TV (if you were lucky), and clothes to your name, maybe throw in a dog too.
We believe we have moved on from that stage 
Or at least we plan on doing so!
